Properties:
ß-Carotene is a precursor of vitamin A and has an essential function in the fertility processes of horses. Especially towards the end of the year, ß-carotene decomposes in the basic feed and a deficiency supply can occur. An additional supply of 500 mg ß-carotene per day already compensates for the seasonal fluctuations in supply.
EQUISTRO ß-CAROTIN is a high-quality ß-carotene concentrate which meets these requirements and the increased demand of broodmares and stallions. EQUISTRO ß-CAROTIN thus promotes the ovarian function of the mare and improves the breeding behaviour of the stallion. Vitamin A additionally supports the fertility, vitamin E prepares the pregnancy and protects it. All nutrients correspond to the new EQUISTRO BIO-EFFICIENT formulation, which ensures its high bioavailability, thus a fast supply of the horse as well as best acceptance of the product.
Thus EQUISTRO ß-CAROTIN shortens and intensifies the horses, reduces the frequency of mating per pregnancy and increases the fertilisation and foaling rate.
